# GITEX Global 2026: a follow up plan

GITEX Global 2026 runs from 7 to 11 December 2026 in Dubai: the Summit on 7 December, then the Expo days at Expo City Dubai. Note each conversation as it ends, clear the notes every evening, and write within forty eight hours.

GITEX Global 2026 runs from 7 to 11 December 2026 in Dubai: the Summit on Monday 7 December, the Expo from Tuesday 8 to Friday 11 December. The Expo days are at Expo City Dubai; the organiser states no venue for the Summit.

## Monday's people are written to before the Expo buries them

Sunday 6 December. Offer a day and a time to people you already know will be there.
Monday 7 December, the Summit. Note each conversation, clear the notes that evening, write by Wednesday.
Tuesday to Friday, the Expo. Two minutes after each conversation that matters: who, the need, the promise, the day.
Each evening. Match cards to notes, sort the day, keep tomorrow’s promises tonight.
Within forty eight hours. A first message to each priority person; Thursday’s by Saturday 12 December and Friday’s by Sunday 13 December.
Monday 21 December. A second touch with something new; then let silence be the answer.

## Three messages, ready to send

The [GITEX follow up guide](/guides/follow-up-after-gitex-2026) covers the week after day by day, with three messages you can send as written.

Marrow, an app on iPhone and Android in Beta, turns a voice note or a card photo into a person with a dated follow up.
