# TOKEN2049 Dubai 2027: a follow up plan

TOKEN2049 Dubai runs on 21 and 22 April 2027 at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai. With two days, note each conversation as it ends, so note each conversation as it ends, sort both evenings, and write to your priority people on Friday 23 April.

TOKEN2049 Dubai runs from Wednesday 21 to Thursday 22 April 2027 at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai. These dates were read on the organiser's site months ahead, so check them again before you book travel.

## Two days leave no quiet day, so the note is made on the spot

Tuesday 20 April. Name the handful of people you most want to see, and offer each a specific slot.
Straight after each conversation. Take a minute: who they are, what they need, what you agreed and when.
Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Photograph any card still in a pocket, sort the people, deliver anything due the next day.
Friday 23 April. Short messages to the priority group, readable on a phone, each with one next step and a day.
Monday 3 May. A second message to anyone silent, carrying something new. Then let it go.

## The reasoning behind each step

The [conference follow up guide](/guides/follow-up-after-a-conference) explains the capture, the sort and the message that gets a reply.

Marrow, an app on iPhone and Android in Beta, keeps your spoken note or card photo as a person with a dated follow up.
