# Web Summit Qatar 2027: a follow up plan

Web Summit Qatar runs from 31 January to 3 February 2027 in Doha. Record a short note after each conversation, sort the day's people each evening, and send your priority messages by Thursday 4 February.

Web Summit Qatar runs from Sunday 31 January to Wednesday 3 February 2027 in Doha. Step Conference opens in Dubai on 3 February 2027; if you attend both, tag each note with the event so the two lists stay apart.

## Four days in Doha end with every promise dated

Saturday 30 January. List the people you already know who will be in Doha, and propose a time to each.
After each conversation that mattered. Name and company, the reason it was worth having, what you promised and the day.
Sunday to Wednesday evenings. Put the day’s cards with their notes, sort them into three groups, keep the promises due next.
Within forty eight hours. Each day’s priority people hear from you, the last of them by Thursday 4 February: where you met, one detail, the promised item, a next step.
Monday 15 February. A second message with new information for the silent ones. After that, let them rest.
