# A daily brief, and prep when asked

Choose a time and Marrow sends a daily brief of what is due, the birthdays ahead and who is going quiet. Before a meeting, ask "prep me for Salma" and it brings back your history and what is open.

## A daily brief that skips empty days

At 08:00 your local time by default, or the time you ask for, with what needs you.

Overdue and due follow ups, and your reminders.
Birthdays and life events in the next week.
People going quiet; on Mondays, the week ahead.
As a notification, on Telegram or both.

## A prep before a meeting, when asked

Ask "prep me for Salma" and get recent contact, what is open and what you know personally.

A heads up when the relationship is going stale.
Their profile and company, if you looked them up.

## Nothing arrives before a meeting unasked

Marrow does not read your calendar, so a prep comes when you ask, and Marrow is in Beta.

A prep may run a company lookup; it counts.
Change the brief’s time by asking in the chat.
