Send each person one of the invite links on this page. Each link works once and gives that person their own private Marrow on your team's plan; nothing is shared between members.

Invite links

Send each person one link. A link works once, for one person, while the subscription is active. If a link went to the wrong person, Replace link turns it off and gives you a new one.

Every seat is taken. Add a seat below to get another link.

Who has joined

You see each member's email address and nothing else. Remove takes the seat back: their account goes back to its own trial, or to read only if that trial is over, and the seat gets a new invite link.

Change the number of seats

Seats, yours included

A change takes effect at once. The payment provider credits what is unused of the current period and charges for the new number of seats; the receipt shows the amounts. Only unused seats can be removed.

For your security, changes need a link from the last thirty minutes, and this one is older. Open the checkout for your team plan with the same email and enter the code: it shows a fresh link back to this page. Nothing was changed.

## Each member has their own Marrow

Paying for seats does not create a shared workspace. Each person who joins signs in with their own email address and gets their own private Marrow: their people, notes and follow ups are theirs, and nobody else on the team, you included, can see them. The team plan decides what each account can do, nothing more.

Each invite link opens the [join page](/join) for one person. Someone who already uses Marrow with that address keeps everything they saved; their account moves onto the team's plan. If the team's subscription stops, for example when a payment is on hold, each member's account goes back to its own trial, or to read only if that trial is over, and what they saved stays theirs. When the subscription is active again, they get their seats back.

Marrow is in Beta. The payment provider named at checkout is the merchant of record for the team's subscription.
