Two days, and the follow up can be a coffee in Dubai

  • Tuesday 2 February. Send a day and a time to the people you already know who will be there.
  • As each conversation ends. One spoken sentence: who, what they are working on, what you promised, and whether they are based in Dubai.
  • Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Pair every card with its sentence, sort the people, send what you said you would send tomorrow.
  • Friday 5 February. Priority messages, each with one detail and a next step. For people in Dubai, offer a meeting the following week.
  • Monday 15 February. One more message with something new to anyone silent, then stop.
