• Tuesday to Friday, the Expo. Two minutes after each conversation that matters: who, the need, the promise, the day.
• Each evening. Match cards to notes, sort the day, keep tomorrow’s promises tonight.
• Within forty eight hours. A first message to each priority person; Thursday’s by Saturday 12 December and Friday’s by Sunday 13 December.
• Monday 21 December. A second touch with something new; then let silence be the answer.
