Every conversation leaves a note with a promise and a day

  • Sunday 1 November. Propose a day and a time to the people you already know will be there.
  • After each conversation. Two minutes: name, company, what they need, what you promised and by which day.
  • Each evening. Match the day’s cards to their notes, and keep tonight the promises due tomorrow.
  • Within forty eight hours. A first message to each priority person, with one detail and one next step.
  • Monday 16 November. A second touch with something new for anyone who has not answered. Then let the rest go.
